In the dialog, we can move the axis for a length that described in pulses. Acceleration and velocity should be
set. If we want X axis to move, the axis X should be selected. Moving to the positive direction or moving to the
negative direction can be set also. Click” send”, then the selected axis will move for a length. If you want to stop
the motion, click “stop”.
Because we may not know the coefficient (pulse/mm) , so we can not set the velocity and position too large.
If we can calculate the coefficient (pulse/mm), please set the coefficient to lasercuttist correctly.
In the machine test , we just want to test the limit and home function can do well or not. Motor control is
normal or not. We still can test the coefficient (pulse/mm) by the function. For example, We set 10000 pulse
motion. Before start motion, we mark a point on the work plane. Then start a motion for a movement of the 10000
pulse. Then mark another point. We can measure the distance of the two mark point. Using the 10000 pulses
divided with the distance can generate the coefficient (pulse/mm). The coefficient (pulse/mm) calculation can be
executed in the “Parameter—machine parameter”.
During test the limit function, a low velocity motion should be executed, during the motion, presses down the
limit switch that in the same direction, the motion should be stop. You must be sure that the limit function is
normally firstly. Based on this, other motion test can be executed.
Notice
:
Positive and negative is just means the CCW or CW of the motor. The Positive
and negative do not means the X,Y axis direction.
