Before adjusting the carburettor make sure the air and fuel filter are clean.
When adjusting, follow the steps below:
It is recommended that carburettor adjustment be carried out by a RURIS authorised
service centre. Carburettor malfunction or damage to the engine unit caused by improper
adjustment will not fulfil the warranty conditions.
Be sure to adjust the saw's carburetor with the bar and chain fitted.
H and L screws have a restricted number of turns
as shown below

2. Start the engine and let it warm up at low speed
for a few minutes.
3. Turn the adjusting screw (T) counterclockwise
so that the chainsaw chain does not run. If the rest
speed is too low, turn the screw clockwise. This
adjustment is allowed to be made by the user.
4. Make a test cut and adjust the H-screw for best cutting power, not for maximum speed.
(1) L screw (2) H screw (3) Idle speed adjustment screw.
