HOW TO USE THE MICROWAVE

Once you have turned the dial to select the appropriate setting, press the 

Start

’ button to commence cooking.

Make sure you monitor cooking progress as times can vary.

To cook potato slices, cut into approx. 5mm 

width and length, to total weight of approx. 

450g. Place the slices on a film covered dish 

to prevent water loss.

To cook vegetables up to 500g.

To cook vegetables up to 500g.

Fish

To steam up to 500g fish. Wash and remove 

scales, and make slits in the skin. Put the fish 

on a shallow dish, season and cover with a 

thin layer of film to prevent water loss. Stand 

for 2 minutes once cooked.
