CREAMY RICE PUDDING
Serves 6
2 ½ cups cooked rice

– 4 tablespoons brown sugar
1-cup milk
2 tablespoons butter
1-teaspoon nutmeg
½ cup raisins
½ cup cream
Thoroughly combine rice with other ingredients. Pour into a slightly greased Slow Cooker. Cover and
cook on Low for 4
– 6 hours, or High for 1 – 2 hours, or AUTO for 3 – 4 hours. Stir several times during
the first 30 minutes.
