BEFORE FIRST USE

CAUTION: Always turn off and unplug from the wall power outlet before fitting or 

removing the shaft.

Carefully remove all contents from the packaging. 

• 

Take extreme care when unpacking and handling the sharp blades.

• 

Dismantle and clean all parts as instructed in the “CARE AND CLEANING” section of  

 

this instruction book.

CAUTION: Handle chopping blades carefully.

USING THE ‘SLICK STICK’ MIXER 

CAUTION: Always turn off and unplug from the wall power outlet before fitting or 

removing the shaft. 

CAUTION: DO NOT handle by the blade. The blades are very sharp. Use caution when 

handling and storing.  

• 

Connect the shaft to the motor unit by aligning the arrow symbol 

on the motor unit 

with the unlocked   symbol on the shaft. Twist so that the locked symbol   and the arrow 
symbol 

are aligned, and the shaft and the motor unit are tightly fitted together. 

• 

Insert the plug into a wall power outlet and switch the outlet on.

NOTE: To avoid splashing, immerse the shaft end into the ingredients before operating 

the mixer.

• 

Holding the ‘Slick Stick’ mixer with a firm grip, press and hold the ON button to start the 
motor. 

• 

Make a rotating, up and down motion to obtain even processing of the ingredients.

• 

Release the ON button to stop the motor.

• 

After use, switch off the wall power outlet and remove the plug from the socket. 

• 

To disengage the shaft from the motor unit, twist the shaft so that the arrow symbol   on 
the motor unit aligns with the unlocked symbol   on the shaft.

• 

Always switch off and disconnect the appliance from the wall power outlet when not in 
use.

CAUTION: For your safety, we recommend you do not process liquids/foods that are 

hotter than 40°C.
