Manual TV set programming
1)
Switch your TV set on.
2)
Look up the brand of your TV set under “TV” in the code list. Single or multiple
4 digit codes are shown for each brand.
Note
:
On our website www.ruwido-consumer.com you can use the code
search function in the support area to enter your set model number directly in order
to obtain the appropriate code. This will save you having to test several codes.
3)
Press and hold the TV Standby button (
tv
) until the signal LED ( )
fl
ashes twice.
4)
Use the number keys to enter the
fi
rst four-digit code from the code list for the
brand that you have selected. The signal LED ( )
fl
ashes twice to indicate that the
code has been accepted.
5)
Test the functionality of your remote control using the TV standby button (
tv
) and
the AV button (
av
).
6)
If the TV set does not respond, or only responds partially to the commands, repeat
steps 3 to 5 using the next code from the code list.
7)
If the TV set responds properly to all functions, your s_2 is correctly programmed
and can be used. Please note the code that was used for future reference.
Manual programming for the satellite receiver and the DVB-T
(Freeview)/cable-box (STB)
1)
Switch your satellite receiver or DVB-T (Freeview)/cable-box (STB) and TV set on.
2)
Look up the brand of your unit under “STB” in the code list. Single or multiple
4 digit codes are shown for each brand.

Press and hold the STB Standby button (

5)
Now test the individual buttons on your remote control for function, starting with the
STB Standby button ( ), volume buttons (volume / ), and then with the buttons
1 to 21 (in accordance with functional description table). The AV button (
av
) and
TV Standby button (
tv
) are not tested.
6)
If the unit does not respond, or only responds partially to the commands, repeat
steps 3 to 5 using the next code from the code list.
7)
If the unit responds properly to all functions, your s_2 is correctly programmed and
can be used. Please note the code that was used for future reference.
