Plug connections
6.5.1
For the plug-in connections, the hose lines must meet the
following requirements: Minimum hardness of 40 Shore D
(acc. to DIN 53505 and/or ISO 868); outer diameter acc. to
DIN 73378 (max. permitted deviation ± 0,1 mm from rated
dimension); free of burrs, cut at right angle and
undamaged at the outer diameter; the hose lines must be
pressed into the plug-in connections up to the stop.
To release, press the pressure ring and pull the hose line.
Measures before commissioning

Check connections, voltage and operating
pressure.

Make sure that the max. operating data (see
typeplate) are not exceeded!

Check that the assignment of the electric
connections is as specified, on no account they
may be mismatched!
