Open adsorber housing.
11.6.1
Switch off oil separator
1)
Open venting valve on the adsorber lid and dismount
2)
venting line.
Open drain valve (pos. 27A) and drain container.
3)
Remove all lid screws and take off lid.

Take out the adsorber plugs
11.6.2
Unscrew the wing nuts of the head plate.

Take out the head plate.
2)
Take plugs one by one on the cap, turn and pull up

until it is released from the lower tappet and then lift
them out. Then pull the plug stuff by turning it out of
the plug and place it aside for reuse.
If present, take the plugs of the second plug level
4)
one by one on the cap, turn and pull up until it is
released from the lower tappet and then lift them out.
Then pull the plug connection nipple by turning it out
5)
of the plug and place it aside for reuse.
Note
Wet plugs are very fragile!
If the plugs are used again, handle them accordingly
careful.
Inserting new adsorber plugs
11.6.3
Clean the base and rinse it, if deposits are present

Take new plugs at the cap and press one by one
2)
onto the tappets of the floor nipples by turning them.
Note
The plugs are very fragile!
Handle the plugs very carefully.
Wetting the seal tappet facilitates inserting the
plugs.
Then press the plug connection nipple into the plugs
