Side connect storage areas

The side connect storage areas can secure up to two 

pneumatic nailers.

Tank pressure gauge

The tank pressure gauge indicates the pressure of the air 

in the tank.

Vertical storage

The air station has been designed to safely stow in the 

horizontal or upright position.

Work seat

The air station has a built in work seat that can hold up 

to 114 kg.

OPERATION

 DANGER

Do not disassemble check valve, tank drain valves or 

safety relief valve with air in tank — bleed tank. Failure 

to depressurize tank could result in explosion and/or 

serious personal injury.

 WARNING

Do not allow familiarity with tools to make you careless. 

Remember that a careless fraction of a second is 

sufficient to inflict severe injury.

 WARNING

Always wear eye protection with side shields. Failure to 

do so could result in objects being thrown in your eyes 

and other possible serious injuries.

 WARNING

This equipment incorporates parts, such as snap 

switches, receptacles, and the like that tend to produce 

arcs or sparks and, therefore, when located in a garage, 

it should be in a room or enclosure provided for the 

purpose, or should be 457 mm or more above the floor.

 WARNING

Do not attach any tools to the open end of the hose 

until start-up has been completed. Attaching a tool 

prematurely could result in accidental operation causing 

serious injury.

 CAUTION

Do not use in an environment that is dusty or otherwise 

contaminated. Using the air station in this type of 

environment may cause damage to the unit.

APPLICATIONS

Air stations are utilized in a variety of air system 

applications. Match hoses, connectors, air tools, and 

accessories to the capabilities of the air station.
You may use this product for the purposes listed below:

 

● operating some air-powered tools

 

● operating air accessories such as air nozzles and 

inflators

 

● operates some air powered paint spraying products

TRANSPORTING THE AIR STATION
See Figure 3 - 4.

The  air  station  should  be  moved  as  shown  in  figure  4. 

This will help you to avoid damaging the wheels or the air 

station by rolling it over items in its path.

To move the air station:

Ensure AUTO/OFF switch is in the OFF position and the 

air station is unplugged.

NOTE: 

To reduce the risk of tripping secure the 7.6 m 

hose to the clip located outside the integrated coil hose 

retainer and make sure the power cord is secured in the 

cord wrap.
1.  Pull the folding handle out.

2.  Facing the back of the air station, grasp the folding 

handle firmly with one hand.

3.  Lift the air station toward you until it balances on the 

wheels.

4.  Turn around and pull the unit along behind you to the 

desired location.

5.  Lower  the  air  station  until  it  sits  securely  on  a  flat 

surface.

Transporting the air station up or down stairs

See Figure 5.
Using the carrying handle get a firm grasp of the unit. Lift 

the unit into a safe and comfortable carrying position.

NOTE:

 Use good lifting techniques and get help if needed.

 

● With proper footing and balance, carry the unit one 

step at a time.

 

● Use care in transporting the unit down or up stairs 

to avoid damage to the stairs, damage to the unit, 

and personal injury.

 

● Lower the air station until it sits securely on a flat
