Spray pattern is inconsistent.
Unit is not level and is allow-
ing fluid to enter through the
tank filter.
Unit is being shaken or moved
too fast.
Unit must be kept level during use.
Allow the unit to remain still until the liquid inside settles
and normal spraying/fogging resumes, then move slowly
and do not shake the unit during use.
Unit will not spray or sprays
improperly.
Fluid level is too low in the
tank.
Replenish the tank to a higher volume.
Unit is “spitting” after trigger is
released.
Liquid in tank is too thick.
Empty the tank, clean both the tank and filter, then try
again. Make sure that all chemicals/liquid used in the
sprayer are as thin as water.
Spray is weak.
Filter or nozzle needs to be
cleaned.
Solution is too thick.
