CONGRATULATIONS
on purchasing PT BOARD from Sableline Healthcare! To get the most
out of this product, please read these instructions carefully before using.
We hope you will enjoy using your (P)ersonal (T)rainer BOARD.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Please retain these user instructions.
• Your PT BOARD complies with the recognised principles of technology and current safety regula-
tions.
• All necessary repairs must be carried out by qualified persons. Unauthorised repairs and faulty
use may render the warranty invalid. Always contact your retailer, see warranty certificate.
• Never touch the electrical plug with wet hands. If the equipment is going to be out of use for an
extended period, make a point of unplugging it from the mains socket. This is partly to save power
and also to avoid short-circuiting. Never use damaged plugs or cord. A damaged plug should be
replaced by your retailer, see warranty certificate. In the event of malfunction indication, discon-
nect the unit from the mains socket immediately and contact your retailer. Sableline Sweden AB
does not accept any liability for damage resulting from incorrect handling.
• Do not allow the equipment to come into contact with intense heat, direct sunlight or water.
• If the equipment has been stored in a cold place for an extended period, allow it to stand at room
temperature for at least one hour before starting up.
Even the most physically fit person should start slowly, as this alternative training system represents
an entirely new method of exercising the muscles. The intensity of training can be increased gradu-
ally, with the frequency being stepped up as differing exercises are introduced.
The overwhelming opinion is that younger children should not use PT BOARD for exercising.
In order to achieve the best results and avoid injuries, always make sure that you do not have any
sharp objects on you or close to where you are exercising. Never place your chest or head directly
against PT BOARD. Always follow the enclosed exercise instructions and do not use this alternative
training system for treating or alleviating illnesses without first consulting your doctor.
WHEN NOT TO USE PT BOARD

• a recent operation, recent wounds or bone fractures
• acute disc prolapse or inguinal hernia
