EXERCISE SUMMARY
The recommended exercising on PT Board is extremely dependent on the age and physical con-
dition of the individual user. Since exercising on PT BOARD is highly effective, just brief exercise
sessions will be sufficient. A complete exercise routine is provided with each PT BOARD, along with
a video illustrating the various exercises involved. Dynamic exercise is very easy on all joints such as
hips, knees and ankles. If you have problems with arthritis, PT BOARD is ideal for you, as it will pro-
vide you with all the movement you need in a very short time. This will affect and stimulate cartilage
formation and increase the production of synovial fluid. Dynamic exercising with PT BOARD involves
alternate movements which are adjusted to the body’s normal centre of gravity. These trigger a
stretch reflex in the muscles which can produce up to 1,000 contractions per second, which means
that small micro-muscles throughout the body are also effectively exercised.
