MACHINE ELECTRICAL - REPAIR AND SERvICE
Attached in this manual is a “Machine Electrcal Circuit Reference Diagram”. This diagram is intended to minimize ma-
chine repair downtime should any general electrical problems occur.
The diagram illustrates all of the main electrical circuits and connections installed on your 3600 series mixer. Should
you require any assistance with regards to the electrical systems used on your machine, please contact your SAC Dealer
or Distributor. Your Dealer will be able to provide assistance on how to service these components and inform you of
any safety precautions.
HYDRAULIC OIL COOLER
The Hydrostatic Oil Cooling System is located
on the front viewing platform, behind the cab
of the truck. The cooling system uses an oil
cooler equipped with an electric fan motor for
maximum cooling efficiency.
Note the hy-
draulic oil flow directions in and out of the
cooling system.
It is important to maintain this
flow configuration should any of the circuits be
disconnected for service.
Care must be taken to reduce or eliminate dirt
and debris from blocking the cooling surfaces
of the cooler as overheating can result.
Clean
the cooling radiator daily.
Use compressed
air with a blow gun attachment to clean out
accumulated dirt, dust and other debris from
the cooling fins on the radiator. Inspect the
cooling fan on the cooler and make sure that it
turns freely.
