Auto Screen Off
Why do you need auto screen off function?
A bright screen can be distracting when driving at night. This function also uses less power.
The mirror continues to record even if the screen is off.
Set Auto Screen Off
The screen can be set to automatically turn off after a set period of inactivity. Stop record-
ing and press the “MENU” button twice to enter the system setting menu. Find and choose
“Auto Led Off” with the “UP” and “DOWN” buttons.
Press “REC” to set the time for auto
screen off.
You can choose between 30 secs/1 min/2 mins/5 mins/10 mins/Off. The screen
will now automatically turn off after reaching this set time of inactivity. The screen can also
be turned on/off manually by pressing the “POWER” button.
If the screen if turned on/off while recording in HDR 1920*1080 30FPS mode, recording will
stop, the current video will be saved, and a new video file will automatically start recording.
This only happens when recording in this mode.
Default setting
The system can be restored to the default settings. Stop recording and press ”MENU” twice to
enter system settings. Choose “Default Setting” using the “UP” and “DOWN” buttons. Press “REC”
to select on/off, and press “MODE” to confirm.
