CAUSES AND SOLUTIONS
Make sure to place banknotes neatly and centered on the hopper. If the error
message frequently occurs then fine-tune the Hopper-adjusting-screw slightly
toward clockwise direction (+) (for details see chapter 2.7).
Sometimes banknotes are stuck/connected or folded together. Check the
banknotes and re-count. If the error message frequently occurs then fine-tune
the hopper-adjusting-screw slightly toward clockwise direction (+) (for details see
chapter 2.7).
Incomplete/damaged banknote. Remove and check the banknote.
