7.1.2 Search for new Software
You can manually start a new software update detection if needed. This feature will be particularly helpful
if you refused a download that you eventually want to perform.
To start a manual search of new software:
1.
Press the
MENÜ
key.
2.
Select SETTINGS with or , and press
OK
.
3.
Select SYSTEM UPDATE with or , and press
OK
or the
right
key.
4.
Select SEARCH FOR NEW SOFTWARE with or , and
press
OK
.
5.
The receiver searches for new software.
6.
If new software is available, select the required action
(download it now, in standby or do not download) and press
OK
.

7.1.3 Network Scan Mode
By default, your receiver automatically checks if new channels are available and installs them when in
standby mode.
You can modify the network scan mode to be:
•
Automatic
: The receiver automatically scans the network for new channels and installs them when it
is in standby mode.
•
Manual
: Whenever new channels are available, the receiver asks you if you want to install them.
To modify this setting:
1.
Press the
MENÜ
key.
2.
Select SETTINGS with or , and press
OK
.
3.
Select SYSTEM UPDATE with or , and press
OK
or the
right
key.
4.
Select NETWORK SCAN MODE with or , and press
OK
or the
right
key.
5.
Select the desired mode, AUTOMATIC or MANUAL with
or .
6.
Press
OK
to confirm the new setting.
