08.3.- Accessories - Ultra Soft Flow valve
(Only for Pressure version)
This is a patented, servo-piloted air valve, exclusive
to SAGOLA, which reduces up to 65% of the fatigue
produced by the trigger squeeze, which means a
substantial improvement in the ergonomics of the
industrial painter’s working conditions.
The reduction of the trigger pulling force helps to
prevent muscular injuries, derived from the activity
itself, such as tendonitis or lateral epicondylitis (tennis
elbow).
It also means the optimisation of production processes
by simplifying the painting process: better access to
difficult areas, greater manoeuvrability.
The ULTRA SOFT FLOW air valve consists of a servo-assisted piston that presses the spring of the
fluid needle, reducing the force to be applied to the trigger by more than half.
