CHARGING BATTERY
Supplied battery is provided uncharged, therefore new battery or battery not used
for a long period of time must be charged before use.
The battery capacity will reach the optimum level after two to three cycles of
charge/discharge.
In case the battery capacity is found low, charge or replace the battery.
Note:
>>Do not short-circuit battery terminals or put the battery into fire.
>>Charging battery loaded in a walkie-talkie is allowed, but in theism case the
walkie-talkie must be shut off to ensure efficient charging.
>>Do not leave your walkie-talkie and battery on the charger when not charging the
battery. Continuous charging will damage the battery.
>>Do not place fully charged battery on the charger for “recharging”, this may
significantly reduce battery life. Always charge the battery in ambient temperature
of about 25
℃
(indoor)if possible. Charging the battery in a temperature lower
than 10
℃
may cause electrolyte leakage and eventually damage the battery.
>>Charging the battery in a temperature higher than 35
℃
will reduce battery
capacity an affect use of the walkie-talkie.
