Address Book: 30 groups of DTMF codes can be stored or preset in the address
book via software. When Address Book mode is selected, Press

CHANNEL GROUP
Home channel setting
A special “HOME” channel is available for this transceiver, to allow quick recall of
a favorite operating frequency. All the memory channels in the transceiver can
be set as “HOME” channel. If there is no memory channel in this transceiver,
when you set or recall the “HOME” channel, the screen will show: “No channel”.
Press

This function works only under Channel or Memory mode.

[MENU]
to enter into channel deleting setting. Use

to delete it and exit.
Channel name editing
This function only works under Channel (CH) mode.
Under channel (CH) mode, press
[MENU]
key, then press
[MENU]
again to enter
into first-layer menu. Press
key to select group “CHNNEL”, press
[MENU]
to confirm and enter into second-layer menu. Press
key to
select item “Name Edit”, press
[MENU]
to enter into channel name editing.
6 characters can be set for the channel name, including 26 letters (a to z), 10
number (0-9) and( + ),( - ),( . ),( , ),( / ).
Press keypads to get the corresponding number 0-9 directly, and press
key to select desired 26 letters and other characters.
Press
[*V/M]
to enter into next character; press
[#A/B]
key to delete current
character and return to last character.
