Insert the axle and stirrer blade into the pot. You can do this
either before or after adding food. The stirring blade will sit slightly
above the pot bottom, and may lean slightly to the side. Do not
worry as this will straighten itself and align with the bottom once
the motor unit is attached and blades start turning. If you insert the
blades after adding food twist the stirring blade into the pot as far
as possible until it reaches the bottom. The blades will
“
dig into the
food
”
once the motor unit is attached and starts turning.

Attach the bridge while ensuring that axle comes through the
center hole. Use your thumb and remaining fingers to
squeeze open the clamp on both sides to place the bridge
over the pot edge. Make sure you press the bridge thoroughly
down so the surface of the bridge touches the pot edge.
