BATTERY CHANGE
1.
Open the battery compartment cover at the bottom of the scale
.
2.
Remove the old batteries and insert the new batteries into the
battery compartment. Make sure to observe the correct polarity,
which is marked on the bottom of the battery compartment.
3.
Close the battery compartment by snapping the battery cover back
on.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
•
Cleaning and maintenance by the user must not be carried out by
children unless they are at least 8 years old and supervised. Children
under 8 years of age must stay away from the appliance.

Never clean the scale under running water, rinse or immerse it in water
•
Use a soft cloth dampened with lukewarm water to clean the outside
of the scale. Do not use harsh cleaners, thinners or solvents or the scale
surface may be damaged
•
Avoid contact of the weighing surface with citric acid,
citrus juices,
vinegar and similarly aggressive foods. In case of contact with such food,
clean the surface immediately with a damp cloth and wipe dry.

If the information leaflet, packaging or product label
contains a crossed

out bin symbol, this means that

all electrical and electronic products, batteries and accumulators
marked in this way must be placed in separate waste bins at the end of
their life. Do not dispose of these products in unsorted municipal waste.
