Mixing, kneading, whipping
1.
Lift up the rise knob
(5), fig. 1, unlock the top of the device and lift it.

Insert the agitator
bowl (4) into the bottom section and turn it clockwise

Insert one of the following accessories into the blade connector
(2): dough
blade
(11), mixing blade
(12), egg
whisk (13) or silicone beater

then turn them clockwise

Lift the lift
button (5) and press down the top of the device (1)
Dough mixing or kneading
Put the flour and water in a 5:3 ratio in the bowl. The maximum amount of
flour is 1500 g. When filling the bowl, make sure that the maximum amount of
ingredients marked with
-MAX-
is not exceeded. For mixing, use dough blade

or mixing blade
(12). Mix the contents of the bowl first at speed 1 for 10s, then
select speed 2 for another 10s and finally select speed 3 for about 3 minutes.
