4.4.3.3. Relay interface.

The UPS has a relay interface card option that provides digital
signals in the form of potential-free contacts, with a maximum
applicable voltage and current of 240 V AC or 30 V DC and 1A.

This communication port makes possible a dialogue between
the equipment with other machines or devices, through the
relays supplied in the terminal strip arranged on the same card,
with a single common terminal for all of them.
By default, all contacts are normally open, and can be modified
one by one, as indicated in the information supplied with the
option.

The most common use of these types of ports is to provide the
necessary information to the file closing software.
