Ingredients
250g tofu
500g mixed vegetables (carrots, broccoli, garlic,
onions, mushrooms etc.)
50g roasted cashew nuts, unsalted
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp olive oil
Method
Preheat the multi cooker to 180°C.
Cut the tofu and vegetables into cubes and heat oil in the multi cooker.
Add the tofu to the multi cooker and cook until almost golden. Add the vegetables
and cook until heated through. Drizzle with soy sauce, toss in the cashew nuts and
serve.
