4 medium or sweet potatoes
Olive oil
Method
Preheat the Hot Air Fryer to 180 °C.
Peel the potatoes and cut into chips.
Add the chips into a pan of cold salted water and bring them to the boil. Once
boiling point has been reached, drain them and place them into a large bowl.
Spray the chips with the olive oil and mix to coat evenly. Spread out the chips in
the non-stick coated cooking basket and cook for approximately 20 minutes.
It is recommended to shake the non-stick coated basket halfway through cooking,
to ensure that the chips are cooked evenly.
