Ingredients
2 medium white potatoes
Sea salt or a seasoning of choice
Method
Preheat the Hot Air Fryer to 175 °C.
Peel and wash the potatoes, then thinly slice and drop into cold, salted water. The
potatoes can be sliced by hand but it is recommended that a mandolin slicer is used.
Pat the potatoes dry, spray with oil, making sure they are completely covered and
then sprinkle with sea salt. Place as many slices as possible into the non-stick coated
cooking basket and cook for approximately 15–20 minutes, until golden brown.
When the crisps are cooked, season and mix to coat evenly.
