7. CONNECTIVITY WITH APPS
Please follow the instructions below:
Step 1:
Download KINOMAP®, ZWIFT®, ROUVY® AR, SYSTM®, etc. from Google Play or Apple App Store.
Step 2:
Turn on Bluetooth® (and “GPS” on Android devices) in the configuration menu of your device.
Step 3:
Open any of the APP and let your device automatically sync with the console or search for it in the
application settings. Do not use the synchronization options in the menu of your device. We will have to look
for it as a cadence and / or speed sensor. In the case of the ROUVY® AR APP, under “SENSORS” -> “SPEED
SENSOR”, select “other” -> “Deskbike” and select a wheel value. In the case of ZWIFT, select “OTHER” -> not
listed ”.
Step 4:
(If needed) Synchronize the cardiac sensor with the APP in its configuration.
Note:
The way to configure the APPs and their compatibility may differ from time to time, you can see more
information about how to configure them on their respective websites.
8. REMARKS
Each smartphone has its own configuration and operation to link Bluetooth®, so to know how to pair the
sensor, you should consult the smartphone user manual.
9. TROUBLESHOOTING
1. Does not connect with Bluetooth® or ANT +
- Turn off Bluetooth® or ANT + on the smartphone and then turn it on again.
- Check if your device is compatible with ANT + in case you want to use this mode. If not, the ideal would be
to use Bluetooth®.
- Make sure you have GPS activated if you have an Android smartphone.
- Move the pedals for 10 seconds to try to "wake up" the console.
- Remove the batteries and wait 10 seconds before reinstalling them.
- Make sure you are using the correct wireless identification number for the console.
- The synchronization of the console must be within the APP in question and not within the configuration of
the smartphone.
- If your console was connected by another user, please turn off the Bluetooth® or ANT + system and keep it
at least 10 meters away from other similar devices. After that, restart the APP and try to connect it again.
- Delete the machine from the APP memory and synchronize it again.
