- Stay away from power lines or other electromagnetic sources.
2. No Cadence / Speed data or “ZERO” on display.
- Make sure that Bluetooth® or ANT + (and GPS on Android smartphones) is activated.
- Check again that the console is correctly connected.
- If it continues like this, you can try any of the options from the previous point.
3. Bluetooth® has no signal or cannot connect.
- Sometimes some high or strong frequency interference may interfere if the console is near a high voltage
tower, adapter, train / tram tracks, cable car, wireless communication products, airport, wireless charging
bases, laptops and other gadgets electronics in the home. You must avoid being near these sources at all
costs for the correct operation of the console.
- In the event that the console is not detected and / or that it is not working correctly, it is recommended to
turn off and on the Bluetooth® / ANT + and GPS of the smartphone, restart it or finally change the battery
with a new one.
- The smartphone's Bluetooth® can only be connected to one device at a time. Make sure that the
Bluetooth® of your smartphone and the console are not already connected to another device.
- If the console has been linked with the Bluetooth® or ANT + of your smartphone instead of the APP, turn
off the Bluetooth® or ANT + first and then turn it on and make the link from the APP.
- The product cannot work if the Bluetooth® or ANT + of the smartphone is already being used with another
device.
4. Incorrect measurement.
- Battery running low / magnetic interference.
- Incorrect wheel diameter in the fitness APP.
