USING THE WOK
Before use:
It is recommended that you remove any promotions label and wash your wok and lid in hot
soapy water. Then rinse and dry thoroughly.
NOTE:
Do not immerse the cord and thermal probe in water or any other liquid.
Apply a thin coat of cooking oil on the cooking surface and rub in with paper towel.
1.
Insert the thermal probe in the socket on the appliance. Plug into the rating voltage 220-240V source
and switch on the unit. Always insert the probe in the appliance at first, and then plug into mains power
outlets.
2.
Turn the temperature knob to the desired setting. The heating light will be illuminated. The thermostat
light on the control probe indicates the temperature at which the dial is set. This light will remain on until
the set temperature has been reached and then cycle on and off throughout cooking, as the cooking
temperature is maintained by the thermostat.
3.
When cooking is completed, turn temperature control knob to off position before switching off at the
power at the plug. Unplug from power point and leave the temperature control probe connected to the
appliance until cool.
Note
: This wok must be used with the temperature control probe supplied. Do not use any other temperature
control probe or connector.
