7. The waffles are baked to golden brown after about three minutes (depending
upon the temperature setting and dough recipe).
8. Lift the lid by the handle.
Caution; parts of the unit become very hot during
operation, only touch the unit with the handle.
9. To lift the waffle from the bottom plate, only use a plastic or wooden spoon, do
not use any metallic or sharp-edged tools under any circumstances; they could
damage the non-stick coating of the waffle plates.
10. You can now make the next waffle (for easy removability, it is recommended to
grease the plates each time before use, but it is not necessary)

Caution: the unit becomes very hot during operation, do not touch the
waffle plates, and always use the handle.

When you have made enough waffles, always pull the plug out the
mains, the red indicator light will switch off.
BASIC DOUGH RECIPE
Ingredients:
250g flour
125g sugar
¼ litre milk
2 teaspoons vanilla sugar or a few drops of vanilla essence
3 eggs
50 ml vegetable oil
15 g (2 tablespoons) baking powder
1 pinch salt
Preparation:
1. Place flour, baking powder, sugar, vanilla or vanilla essence and salt into
a mixing bowl.
2. Make a well in the middle of these ingredients and add the milk, eggs and
oil.
3. Using a mixer, mix all ingredients thoroughly to produce a smooth batter.
