Greek Salad Dressing
1/2 cup (125 ml)
extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp. (30 ml)
red wine vinegar
1 tbsp. (15 ml)
lemon juice
1 tsp. (5 ml)
garlic powder
1/4 tsp. (1 ml)
pepper
2 tbsp. (30 ml)
dried oregano, crushed
3/4 tsp.(3.75 ml)
salt
1 tsp. (5 ml)
dijon mustard
Pinch thyme
Blend all ingredients until well combined. Store in fridge for up to 3 weeks.
Ceasar Salad Dressing
1/2 cup (125 ml)
freshly grated Parmesan
1/4 cup (60 ml)
olive oil
1/4 cup (60 ml)
vegetable oil
1/4 cup (60 ml)
lemon juice
2 garlic
cloves
1 tsp. (5 ml)
worcestershire sauce
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Blend all ingredients until smooth. Seaosn with salt and pepper to taste. Store
in fridge for up to 2 days.
