Roasted Potatoes
For best results we recommend the following procedure:
• Use medium size potatoes.
• Parboil for 10/12 minutes in boiling water.
• Strain and let cool.
• Toss potatoes in a bowl with olive or vegetable oil.
• Season with salt and pepper.
• Place the potatoes on the high rack and set for 20 minutes at
205°C (400°F).
• Turn over after 20 minutes and reset the timer for 20 minutes at
205°C (400°F).
NOTE: As soon as you turn ON the oven the Air Wave fan will blow off
any excess oil, reducing the oil content on the potato.
