Making Cookies
1.
Load the dough and assemble the cookie press as per the assembly instructions.
2.
Plug the power cord into an appropriate power outlet.
3.
Grasp the foldable handle. Stand the cookie press upright on an ungreased cookie sheet.
4.
Press the On/Off button with your finger and hold the cookie press against the cookie sheet in
an upright position. The piston-plate will push downward and force out the cookie dough
through the disc or nozzle. It takes about 2 seconds to form a cookie.
5.
Raise the cookie press and release the On/Off
Button.
6.
Move to a new position and repeat the
operation to make another cookie. Refer to the
result of previous cookie; adjust the press time
and pressures for desired thickness of the
cookie. After a few practice runs, you will
master the operation (see figure 9).
7.
Continue making cookies until the sheet is full or you may change design discs without
reloading.
8.
Bake in a 180°C oven for 7 to 8 minutes or until done. Remove and cool.
During operation, hold the cookie press in an upright position as shown in figure 9. Never hold the
cookie press with the cylinder facing upward as shown in figure 8. in order to avoid grease or liquid
going into the motor unit.
