Important hints
1.
To avoid greasing or wetting the motor unit, do not load the dough over the Max line on the
cylinder and wipe the cylinder with a dry cloth to clean away the grease and dough that are left
on the surface of the cylinder after loading.
2.
Do not use greased or non-stick cookie sheets. It will be difficult to get the pressed cookie
dough to stick on it.
3.
Over-night refrigerated cookie dough will be too stiff and hard to press. Always use freshly
prepared dough.
4.
If dough is too soft or sticky, add some more flour to the mix or just refrigerate for 15 minutes
before using. If the dough is too stiff, add some yolk or egg to the mix again.
5.
Use finely ground sugar or sugar powder to help make the cookie dough soft and sticky.
6.
After you load the dough, use it immediately.
7.
If you want to add decorations to your cookies which have been pressed out but the cookie
dough is not sticky enough to hold them, softly wipe a little water, yolk or milk where the
decorations are to be placed.
8.
After baking, you could decorate or fill the cookies with jam, icing or cream using the pastry
nozzle.
9.
The amount of time it will take to push cookie dough to form a perfect cookie will be different
when using the different cookie disks. Improve your skill through the a few practice runs.
10.
One cylinder of dough can make about 2 dozen cookies. However, it depends on the thickness
and shape of the cookies.
