PROBLEM

POSSIBLE CAUSE

Wine Cellar does not operate

• Check if Wine Cellar is plugged in.
• Check if there is power at the AC outlet by 

checking the circuit breaker

• Ensure that the outlet is not controlled by a wall 

switch. 

Control panel is not working 

• Unlock the control panel by Touching the Raise 

Temperature

and Lower Temperature 

simultaneously for 3 seconds to unlock the 
control panel 

• If there has been a power failure, wait 5 minutes 

then the Control Panel will work. 

Vibrations

• Check to assure that the appliance is level

The door will not close properly

• The appliance is not level
• The gasket is dirty
• The shelves are out of position

Appliance is not cold enough

• Check the temperature control setting
• External environment temperature is too low or 

too high

• The door is opened too often
• The door is not closed completely
• The door gasket does not seal properly
• The appliance does not have the recommended 

clearances.  See the ‘Installation’ section

Turns on and off frequently

• The room temperature is hotter than normal
• The door is opened too often
• The door is not closed completely
• The temperature control is not set correctly
• The door gasket does not seal properly

The light does not work

• Not plugged in
• The circuit breaker has tripped or the fuse has

blown

• Touch the Interior Light Button on the control 

panel
