eps of Test of Non-harmonic Suppression of Port Output
1) As shown in Fig. 11.3, connect the system and preheat is for 60min at least.
2) Press [Reset] to set the initial state of the S3602 series vector network analyzer. Click [Channel] > [Hardware configuration] >
[Path configuration]. Select the filtering mode for the low-frequency segment of Port 1 and 3. Press [Power] > [-5] and the
ENTER key.
3) Press [Sweep] > [Sweep time] > [10] and the ENTER key.
4) Press [Scanning] > [Sweep type] > [CW] > [Frequency], and enter 10MHz. Set the corresponding test frequency of the
spectrum analyzer and record the reading of the spectrum analyzer. Search the maximum power of the non-harmonic signal
with the frequency offset of 30kHz to 5MHz. The difference of two values is the non- harmonic suppression indicator.
5) Respectively change the test frequency of the vector network analyzer and spectrum analyzer. Repeat Step (4) and measure
the non-harmonic suppression indicators of other frequency points.
