Turn all rotary switches to ”0”.

Turn off the on-site electrical main switch.

Make sure that the drain tap is always completely open or completely closed. Otherwise dirt
can collect in the cock/tap seal over long periods of not being used. This leads to the ball
valve being difficult to move and to damage.

Do not apply any caustic cleaners to the control panel or rotary switches!

Do not spray off or clean the appliance with water hoses, high-pressure cleaners, high-
pressure steam cleaners or general steam cleaners!

Follow the instructions supplied by the manufacturer of the cleaning agent!

Do not use any scouring cleaning agent or damaged cleaning scrapers! These cause scrat
ches.

Stainless steel must not be in prolonged contact with concentrated acids, vinegar essence,
salt solution, mustard or spice mixtures, otherwise the protective layer will be attacked. After
use, rinse stainless steel surfaces until water runs clear.
Cleaning and maintenance products
Suitable cleaning and maintenance products can be obtained from your customer service.
These are, for example:

Grease-cutting cleaning agent or special stainless steel cleaners,
−
Grill cleaners for stainless steel,
−
Protective stainless steel cleaners,
−
Maintenance emulsion for frying surfaces.
