Information for operation

Exercise appropriate caution!
● Use dishes of the correct diameter for the gas burner. The flames must not burn at the side adja
cent to the dishes.

Cooking ring 5.5 kW: Pot/pan diameter minimum 115 mm to maximum 420 mm.

Cooking ring 10 kW: Pot/pan diameter minimum 135 mm to maximum 500 mm.
● The gas oven is equipped with different burner capacities. This is evident by the different sizes of
the burner cap.
● Immediately remove residual spilled or overcooked food from the appliance and cast iron grates!
Otherwise a risk of corrosion, e.g. due to salty food!
● Safety equipment: The appliance is not fitted with a thermoelectric safety pilot. Extinguishes the
burner and pilot light, cools down the thermocouple. By cooling the thermocouple, the gas supply
automatically closes and, thus, prevents the gas escaping uncontrolled.

Completion of operation

Press the gas control and turn to "Off" (Symbol ●).

● Allow the appliance to cool down before cleaning.
