TROUBLESHOOTING

CAUTION! Before troubleshooti ng, discon-
nect the power supply. Only a qualifi ed elec-
trician of competent person must do the trou-
bleshooti ng that is not in this manual.
IMPORTANT! There are some sounds during
normal use (compressor, refrigerant circula-
ti on).

Appliance dose not work
1. Mains plug is not plugged in or is loose
2. Fuse has blown or is defecti ve
3. Socket is defecti ve
1. Insert mains plug.
2. Check fuse, replace if necessary.
3. Mains malfuncti ons are to be corrected by an electrician.
The food is not frozen
enough.
1. Temperature is not properly adjusted.
2. Door was open for an extended period.
3. A large quanti ty of warm food was placed in the
appliance within the last 24 hours.
4. The appliance is near a heat source.
1. Please look in the initi al Temperature Setti ng secti on.
2. Open the door only as long as necessary.
3. Turn the temperature regulati on to a colder setti ng temporarily.
4. Please look in the installati on locati on secti on.
Appliance freezes or cools
too much
1. Temperature is set too cold or the appliance runs at
SUPER modes.
1. Turn the temperature regulator to a warmer setti ng temporarily.
Unusual noises
1. Appliance is not level.
2. The appliance is touching the wall or other objects.
3. A component, e.g. a pipe, on the rear of the
appliance is touching another part of the appliance
or the wall.
1. Re-adjust the feet.
2. Move the appliance slightly.
3. If necessary, carefully bend the component out of the way.
Water on the fl oor
1. Water drain hole is blocked.

If the malfuncti on shows again, contact the Service Center.
