Demonstration Program
Overview
Demonstration programs for the Sam4POS application software are available on the Sam4POS dealer
support page of the CRS website:
https://www.crs-usa.com/products/software
. Demo programs for Quick
Service, Retail, and Table Service are available. After downloading a Demo program to your PC, you can
copy the program files to your USB drive so that you can load it into your Sam4POS terminal.
Loading/ Restoring database files is reserved for the System Admin, Refer to Admin Mode supplement
for details.
Database Restore
Use this operation to load a Demo program file or other file that that was previously backed up.
The default backup path is D:/SAM4POS/Database/Sam4POS
Dealer will only be able to load their own programs (Dealer Name must match with the license of the
machine the program was saved on and attempting to be loaded on).
Note: If the machine has no license, no DB will be allowed to be loaded.

From the main sign on screen; sign on to Sam4POS as the System Admin

From the main
PROGRAM MODE
menu, press
SYSTEM
, select
DATABASE,
then touch
DATABASE RESTORE
on the menu selection screen.

YES
to continure. Pressing NO will exit the operation.
