MALFUNCTIONS AND THEIR REPAIR

Ditch cleaner is not cleaning
Damaged or blunt cutting knives
Hand down to recovery or replace
with new ones
Too low PTO rpm
Switch rpm to 1000 rpm, increase
engine’s rotary speed.
Worn, damaged hydraulic engine
Recover hydraulic engine or
replace with new one
Damaged or torn bolts securing
hydraulic engine
Replace with new ones
Not tight hydraulic assembly
Tighten connectors
Improperly adjusted or damaged
oil distributor
Adjust or replace with new one
Cutting disk rotates into counter
direction
Swap connections
Not tight hydraulic assembly,
broken or torn hydraulic hoses
Remove any non-tightness, replace
hoses with new, tight ones
