5.10.
Dismounting machine from tractor
WARNING!
When dismounting, make sure there is no person in between the tedder and the
tractor.
To dismount the tedder from the tractor:
❑
set the machine onto an even, stable ground,
❑
turn the tractor's ignition off and take the key out,
❑
support the machine with the support leg and protect with safety pin,
❑
secure the controlled wheels (the wheels should be positioned parallel to the direction of travel)
with the parking chocks provided with the machine,
WARNING!
IT IS FORBIDDEN
to secure the machine against rolling away by means of rotating
wheel chocks. This can cause uncontrolled movement of the machine. Only use
chocks under the controlled wheels.

secure the machine against moving,
❑
disconnect the machine's hydraulics from the tractor,
❑
dismount the PTO shaft and place it on a PTO shaft holder, which is standard-delivered with the
machine,
❑
detach the machine from the tractor.

Fig. 27.
