GENERAL FODDER WAGON MANUAL
Perform external review of the machine before each use:
Check for any items in the container.
Fold the ladder to a transport position after finishing the review.
Check fluid level in the transmission gearbox.
Check if the covers are closed entirely. If you are sure that everything is in order, then
connect power take-off to the tractor.
Connect hydraulic hoses to the tractor.
Connect lights plug to the tractor’s power supply.
Connect weight’s plug to 12V tractor’s power supply.
Adjust steering system to required parameters.
Do not set weight parameters without accordance to manual’s instruction. It may damage it.
Fodder wagon is equipped in double reduction gearbox. High speed should be used during
normal use of the machine. However, if the driver is inexperienced, it is recommended to
use slower gear ratios.
Tractor of 70HP power will be sufficient to handle the fodder wagon at high speeds.
While filling the container, check if it stands on a remotely flat ground.
Having done all the previous instructions, the power take-off may now be connected, and its
revolutions may be increased to 540 to begin cutting and mixing processes.
7.1.
FITTING THE DRAWBAR
The height of drawbar’s suspension is adjustable. It may be turned by 180°to create new
drawbar’s height.

works differently than in other SaMASZ fodder wagons. Regulating the drawbar requires
unscrewing the screws and moving the drawbar to a desirable height (
