If the chuck malfunctions, stop the 
lather and try the following counter-
measures.

Chuck does not operate

夹头不启动

척 부품이 파손되어 있다.
Internal parts are broken.

夹头配件损坏。

분해 후 교환한다.
Disassemble and replace part.

拆下来更换。

습동부가 늘어붙어 있다.
Slide way seizes.

滑动部粘着。

분해 후 늘어붙은 부위를 제거 수정 및 교환한다.
Disassemble and repair damaged part with 
oilstone.
If necessary, replace parts.

拆开,除去并更换粘着的部位。

핸들의 회전이 무거움

Difficulty turning the handle

扳手转动沉重

척 내부에 이물질이 많다.
Debris inside of the chuck.

里面有过多的芯片。

분해 청소를 한다.
Disassemble and clean.

拆开清扫。

습동부 및 회전부에 녹이 발생 되
었다.
Moving parts are rusted.

湿动和转动部分生锈。

분해하여 녹을 제거한다.
Remove the rust.

卸下,除锈。

아답터와 단동척이 잘 맞지 않는다.
Adaptor and chuck have mis-
matched angles.

适配器与独立卡盘不匹配。

아답터를 수정한다.
Modify the adaptor.

修改适配器。

공작물의 이탈

Workpiece slippage

加工产品被用出去

절삭력이 너무 크다.
Cutting force is too high.

切割力过高。

절삭력을 계산하여 척의 사양과 일치하는지 확인
한다.
Calculate and compare the expected cutting force 
with the chuck specifications.

计算切割力,确认切割力是否符合夹头的技术

参数。

회전속도가 너무 빠르다.
Rotation is too fast.

转速太快。

회전속도를 조절한다.
Decrease the speed.

调节转速。

습동부와 회전부의 윤활유가 부족
하다.
There is insufficient oil in the moving
pieces.

湿动和转动部分润滑油不足。

그리스 니플을 통해 그리스를 주입하고 공작물을 파
악하지 않은 상태에서 개폐조작을 수회 실시한다.
Insert grease in the chuck and run it without a 
work piece.

通过润滑油油嘴加润滑油,在没有握持工件的情

况下进行数次开闭操作。

정도불량

Poor accuracy

精密度不够

척의 외주가 흔들린다.
The chuck

s outer body wobbles.

夹头的外围摇动。

외주 및 단면 흔들림을 확인하고 정확하게 볼트로 
체결한다.
Ensure the adaptor and mounting face are tightly 
secured.

检查外围和截面后,再装夹头。

스크류바와 죠사이의 요철부에 이물
질이 끼어있다.
There is debris located between the 
screwbars and jaws.

卷动杆与爪之间凹凸部存在着

污迹。

죠와 스크류바를 분해하여 요철부를 청소한 후 재
조립한다.
Disassemble and clean the jaws and screwbars.

先分解卷动杆与爪凹凸部进行清洗后组装。
