3-1. 드로우 바 확인 및 세팅

1. Draw Bar 의 나사 사이즈와 Draw bolt 의 

나사 사이즈가 같은지 치수 ‘G’을 확인합니다.

2. 로터리 실린더를 최대 전진 시킨 후 치수 

‘j-b’를 확인합니다.

3. 장비의 스핀들 Taper 구간의 Run-Out이 

장비 사양에 만족하는지 확인합니다.

3-1. Drawbar setting

1. Chack the dimension ‘G’ to see if the 

screw size of the draw bar and the screw 

size of the draw bolt are the same.

2. Chack the dimension ‘j-b’ after advanc

ing the rotary cylinder as much as

possible.

3. Verify that the spindle taper section 

of the equipment meets the equip-

ment specifications.

3-1. 拉杆的制作和装配

1.对拉杆的螺丝尺寸和拉杆的螺丝尺寸

是否相同,请用”G”键对齐。

2.旋转钢瓶尽可能前进后,将尺寸”j-b”

卡紧。

3.检查设备主轴锥度部分是否符合设

备规格。

DRAW  BOLT  돌출량보다  깊은지  확인하
십시오.
 

※ 

Make sure that the depth of "D" 

is deeper than the DRAW BOLT 

protrusion in the WEDGE PLUNGER.
