Chuck does not operate

卡盘不启动

척 부품이 파손되어 있다.

The inside of the chuck is broken.

卡盘配件破损

분해 후 교환한다.

Disassemble and replace part.

拆卸后更换

습동부가 늘어붙어 있다.

Slide way seizes.

滑动部发生粘贴

분해 후 늘어붙은 부위를 제거 수정 및 교환한다.

Disassemble and repair damaged part with oilstone 
or replace it.

拆卸后去除修正粘贴的部位并更换

회전 유압 실린더가 작동하지 않는다.

Rotating hydraulic cylinder does not work.

旋转液压缸不启动

유압 시스템을 검사합니다.

Examine the hydraulic system.

检查液压系统。

척죠의 스트로크 부족

Insufficient Chuck jaw stroke

卡盘爪的行程不足

칩이 내부에 많이 들어가 있다.

Chips are deposited in the chuck in 
large amount.

内部进入太多切屑。

분해 청소를 한다.

Disassemble and clean.

拆卸后清扫。

드로바가 풀려 있다.

Drawbar is slack.

牵引杆松动。

드로바를 제대로 결합합니다.

Remove the drawbar and retighten.

正确组合牵引杆。

공작물의 이탈

Workpiece slippage

工件的脱离

파악력이 부족하다.

Clamping force is insufficient.

夹持力不足。

실린더의 압력이 설정 유압으로 되어 있는지 확인합니다.

Confirm whether the hydraulic pressure is sufficient.

检查汽缸压力是否为设定的液压压力。

탑죠의 지름이 공작물의 지름과 맞지 않는다.

Top jaw dia. does not match work piece dia.

Top卡爪的直径与工件的直径不符。

탑죠의 마모 상태를 확인하고, 부품을 교환합니다.

Check the status of top jaw and change it.

检查Top卡爪的磨损状态,并更换配件。

죠의 스트로크가 부족하다.

The jaw stroke is insufficient.

卡爪的行程不足。

공작물을 파악할 때 죠가 스트로크의 중앙 또는 올바른 위치에 있
도록 한다.

Make sure the jaw are located in the stroke center, 
when clamping a work piece.

夹持工件时,卡爪应位于行程的中央或正确位置。

절삭력이 지나치게 높다.

Cutting force is too high.

切削力高过。

절삭력을 계산하고 척의 사양에 맞는지를 확인합니다.

Calculate cutting force and reduce it up to chuck 
specifications.

计算切削力,并检查是否符合卡盘的规格。

정도불량

Poor accuracy

精度不合格

죠의 습동부에 기름이 없다.

Oil for the jaw and each slide part is run out.

卡爪的滑动部无油。

공작물을 파악하지 않은 상태로 그리스 니플을 이용하여 급유하
고, 죠를 수차례 작동 시킵니다.

Lubricate grease and operate jaws repeatedly with-
out a work piece.

在未夹持工件的状态下利用注油嘴注油,并多次启动卡爪。

회전수가 높다.

Speed is extremely high.

转数高。

필요한 파악력을 얻을수 있는 회전 수까지 회전수를 낮춘다.

Reduce speed to level where necessary clamping 
force can be obtained.

降低转数,以至获得需要的夹持力。

척 외주가 흔들리고 있다.

The periphery of the chuck is trouble.

卡盘外围晃动。

외주 및 단면 흔들림을 확인하고 척을 재 장착한다.

Confirm peripheral and end surface run-out and 
tighten bolts.

检查外围及端面是否晃动,并重新安装卡盘。
