Nozzle partially or
completely clogged
Disassemble and clean
the nozzle with solvent
and a smooth brush.
The spray narrows at
pump reversals
Viscosity too high
Dilute the paint.
The head frequently gets
dirty
Too much air
Reduce air pressure.
The paint comes through
air holes in the head
Defective nozzle seal
Replace it.
Insufficiently tight nozzle
Tighten it.
Product leakage at the
trim level
Worn seal
Tighten the liner press
without blocking the
needle.
If the leak is still present
replace the seal and
needle.
Product leakage at the
front of the gun, trigger
released
Impurities in the product
Pull the trigger 3-4
times and let it go back
on its own.
Worn out needle or/and
worn out nozzle
Replace the needle
and/or nozzle.
Air leakage at the valve
Worn valve
Changing the valve.

Replace the valve.
Remove the trigger
and check that the
needle slides freely.
