Dis-Assembly:
1. Remove O-Ring (3) and Wear Strip (2).
2. Remove SHCS (8) and pull Piston (5), to remove
O-ring (4).
Clean and inspect all parts.
Assembly:
1. Replace O-Rings (3,4), Lubricate.
2. Install Piston (5) over Rod (9).
3. Loctite 742 SHCS (8) and install Lock Washer
(7) and Stop Tube (1).
Torque to: 125 Lb-ft. (170Nm).
4. Lubricate Wear Strip (2) into Piston (5) groove
with PTFE Grease. #560-440-001.
Tip: The Grease will hold the Wear Strip in place.
5. Lubricate each cylinder with 90Wt. oil.
6. After installing each piston into the cylinder, pour
7oz. (207cc) of 90W oil on the top of each piston.
The Oil keeps the cylinder lubricated.

Apply 242 Loctite
Thread Locker
Maintenance: Yearly
1. Depressurize air to elevator.
a. Open and remove Guide
Bushings Bleeder Valve
b. Add 4 Oz (207cc) of 90W oil
to
each
cylinder.
c. Replace Bleeder Valve.
2. Open bleeder valves on bottom of
air
cylinder.
a. Raise elevator to discharge
any water or contaminants.
b. Close bleeder valves.
