6.4.2.1. Procedure B1: Disassembly of the seat-holder assembly (13)
•
Step 1:
Untighten the tip manifold (2) or unscrew the base (6)
from the gun body (3) as previously indicated.
•
Step 2:
Unscrew the seat holder assembly (13) by means of the
wrench supplied with the gun.
During this operation, be careful to move the needle
backwards when operating the trigger (22) to prevent
from damaging the ball.
•
Step 3:
Loosen the cartridge stop (14) and the screw (15) by
means of a screwdriver.
•
Step 4:
Take off the seat (16.1), the PEEK seal (16.2) and the
diffusor (16.3).
•
Step 5:
Check parts’ and the O-Ring (17) conditions.
Change them if necessary.
