Insulating the refrigerant pipe

Be sure to insulate the refrigerant pipe, joints and connections with class 'o' material.
f
If you insulate the pipes, the condensed water does not fall from the pipes and the capacity of the Air to Water Heat
Pump is improved.
f
Check if there are any insulation cracks on the bent pipe.

Brazing the Pipe

Make sure that there is no moisture inside the pipe.
f
Make sure that there are no foreign materials and impurities in the pipe.

1. Use oxygen free nitrogen gas when brazing the pipes as shown in the picture.
2. If you do not use Nitrogen gas when brazing the pipes, oxidation may form in the pipe. It can cause the damage of the
compressor and valves.
3. Adjust the
fl
ow rate of the replacement with a pressure regulator to maintain 0.05
m
3
/h or more.
4. Perform brazing of the service valve after protecting the valve.
